Purchase, usage and privacy terms

Tokens and orders

Tokens are prepaid site credits at a base rate of 100 tokens per US dollar. Current packs start at $50 with no bonus. Packs of $100 or more include the free bonus tokens shown before checkout. Earlier purchases keep their original credit entitlement. Bonus tokens can be used for generation like purchased tokens and have no separate cash value. They have no automatic refill or subscription. Tokens do not expire while the service operates and cannot be transferred between accounts. Review the final payment total before purchasing.

The itemized estimate is reserved when you submit an order. Each successfully delivered model, optional rig and animation has a final charge in whole tokens. If a finished stage costs more than its estimate, production pauses with the work saved. You see the exact additional tokens and must approve them before that stage is delivered or further stages begin. You can decline: that stage and remaining work stop and their reservations return; earlier completed stages are delivered and charged. We never take more tokens than you have approved. Unused tokens are returned automatically when the order is settled. Earlier orders keep their accepted pricing. Failed items return their full reservation. An unsuccessful animation does not remove an otherwise completed model. Queued orders can be cancelled before production starts. Once running, you can stop remaining work when an additional-token approval is requested; otherwise contact support.

Your generated files

To the extent we can grant these rights, you receive a permanent, worldwide right to use, modify and distribute your delivered generated files for personal or commercial projects, including games. We do not claim ownership of your original inputs. These rights continue after your token balance reaches zero.

Outputs may resemble other generated work, and exclusive copyright is not promised. Submit only material you have the right to use. You are responsible for reviewing the output for third-party rights and suitability for your project. Public demonstration assets on this site are provided for preview; this generated-file license does not apply to them.

Quality and downloads

AI-generated assets can contain artistic, geometry, rigging or animation errors. Export validation checks file structure and selected technical properties; it is not certification for every game engine or a guarantee of artistic quality. Inspect the files in your target application and keep your own downloaded backups.

Completed files remain in your private library without requiring a positive token balance. The storage allowance is 5 GiB per account. New submissions pause if their reserved output space would exceed that allowance. No automatic deletion for an empty token balance is performed.

Payments and refunds

Stripe processes card payments. We do not store full card numbers. Failed generation returns site tokens and does not automatically issue a cash refund.

For a cash refund of unused tokens, contact support within 14 days of purchase. We review the original payment, unused balance and outstanding orders before issuing an approved refund to the original payment method and removing the corresponding purchased and proportional bonus tokens. A full refund removes all tokens granted by that purchase. Consumed tokens are not normally refundable; contact support about missing or materially defective delivery. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

A refund or payment dispute may pause new orders and token purchases while the payment and credits are reconciled. Existing downloads remain available. Reconciliation is recorded in your account history and prevents the same payment from funding both a refund and new generation.

Privacy and service providers

Sign-in supplies your account identifier, name and email. Email accounts use a salted password hash; we do not store readable passwords. Secure cookies maintain your session. Verification and password-reset links expire and work once. Posthouse sends these account emails from our support address. We store account information, prompts, job settings, generated files, payment references, consent records and accounting history to operate the service and provide support. Your asset library is private to your account.

Prompts and asset specifications are sent to our advanced AI service providers for generation. Generation responses are stored by those providers so interrupted processing can resume. After the result is saved on our server, we request deletion of that stored response; applicable provider retention policies still apply. Cloudflare hosts the application and file storage, and our production systems process and validate the generated asset files. Stripe receives the information needed to process payments. These providers process data under their applicable service and privacy terms. Do not include confidential or sensitive personal information in character prompts.

Retention and deletion requests

Files and production records are retained to deliver your orders, maintain your library and handle support. To request account or asset deletion, contact support from the email associated with the account. Deletion includes production copies where applicable; limited payment, consent and accounting records may be retained where necessary for legal, fraud-prevention or dispute obligations. Download any files you want to keep before requesting deletion.

Service changes

Availability and prices can change. A submitted order uses its accepted quote. If service is interrupted, orders may be placed under review so they can be reconciled without repeating a charge. Contact support if an order remains unresolved.
